Digital Marketing Sales Apprentice

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Outreach:

· Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from our digital marketing services.

· Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations to introduce our offerings.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Consultative Selling:

· Understand the digital marketing needs and challenges of potential clients.

· Present tailored solutions that align with client goals, showcasing the value of our services.

· Develop customized proposals and close sales deals.

Relationship Management:

· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

· Act as a point of contact for client queries during the sales process.

Collaboration and Strategy:

· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales messaging with company campaigns.

· Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to refine product offerings.

Data Management and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

· Prepare and present sales reports to management.



Training:

Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship Standard Qualification:

Functional Skills in maths and English provided (if required) Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)
