Ecommerce Operations Assistant Apprentice

Packaging and preparing orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery Generating invoices and maintaining accurate sales records Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly Generating and maintaining weekly/monthly sales data and reporting it back to management, ensuring accurate insights into sales performance Listing items for sale on e-commerce platforms with accurate descriptions and pricing Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and friendly manner Handling customer returns and processing refunds or exchanges efficiently

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Four days in the workplace and one day a week at Warrington & Vale Royal College

Training Outcome:
Once the apprenticeship is completed there is potential for a full-time role in the ecommerce department

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to support the operations of our current online sales business, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service across various tasks. Strong organisational and communication skills are key to success in this role.

Working Hours :
Monday - Wednesday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, Thursday, 9.00am - 4.30pm and Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm. 1 hour unpaid break.
