Opportunities across adults services in the FROME & EAST area. Expected to encourage communication, positive relationship building, trust and emotional support to service users.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will be expected to support within Adults services covering ad hoc shifts and/or full and part time roles.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working within the care sector, working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Drivers are preferable due to rural locations.
Pay starting from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella
Requirements for you as a Support Worker:
Experience within social care - more than 6 months. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills. Enhanced Child and Adults DBS on the update service. Driving license and own care preferable.
Shift Times for you as a Support Worker:
Monday - Sunday. Various shift patterns. Full or Part Time available. Flexible Hours.
