We are working with a driven for-profit-for-purpose HealthTech startup who are looking for a Program Manager to join their team.
They are pioneering a Digital Mental Health Act with a mission to make access to Mental Healthcare swifter, simpler and safer.
From helping mental health professionals to improving the outcomes for patients in assessment, treatment and discharge!
The care and treatment of people with mental illness has traditionally been a slow process involving paper forms being passed between the professionals and organisations involved in a person’s care.
Did I hear you ask what their goals are?
They are working with clients including NHS Trusts, NHS England, the Care Quality Commission, and the Metropolitan Police.
In turn they have reduced times to access treatment from an average of 7 days down the just 15 hours! It’s safe to say they are revolutionising the Mental Health Act space and have a clear near term mission but delivering on their goals will lay the foundations for their vision of a complete digital Mental Health Care pathway which meets the needs of modern society in the UK and beyond.
To match their ambitions, they are now looking for the next great person to join their people first team.
If you are motivated by their mission and feel you have the skills to match… we’d love to hear from you!
