Property maintenance operative (level 2) apprentice
You will be working in a variety of settings from residential homes, new builds and restoration as well.
The role covers all maintenance, general repairs and building aspects of property maintenance.
Understand the basic maintenance work and the use of associated tools and equipment.
Have knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 including COSHH Regulations.
Be able to work independently and to manage own time efficiently.
Learn to use specialised tools, machinery, and power tools.
Working at heights.
Working in small spaces.
Engaging in manual lifting tasks – comfortable with handing heavy items.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours, working hours TBC.
