Apprenticeship Officer
Working in an office, supporting staff with admin work, answering calls, arranging and minuting meetings, completing paperwork, checking attendance and supporting the curriculum managers
Contact employers and apprentices daily by text, email and phone to report non attendance
Work with the apprenticeship team to find solutions for issues preventing regular attendance
Manage all process and administration requirements in accordance with contract requirements in support of apprentices
To provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team
In collaboration with the Senior Apprenticeship Officer support with all apprenticeship tracking and reporting to employers
In collaboration with the Senior Apprenticeship Officer answer and respond to all enquires related to apprentice progress and attendance in Supporting with administration linked to Smart Assessor, the CRM, and other systems, to support management information
Arrange meetings and take minutes

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
