IT Apprenticeship
IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems
Provide accurate information on IT products and services
Supporting disaster recovery solutions
Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and responding accordingly
System documentation maintenance and review in ticketing systems
Training:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of the Apprenticeship possible progression opportinities

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
