Business Administrator Technology Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Technology Business Administrator to join our award-winning company within the Technology department. DoorCo is looking for a professional, motivated candidate who can support the growth of the company’s fast-growing data and reporting needs.

The role will involve working with a wide range of departments including manufacturing, finance, distribution, and marketing.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Supporting day-to-day system requests, training, and issues from all departments Creating, adjusting and maintaining process documents and assisting with documenting changes/updating knowledge base to help self-serve staff Working with the Technology Manager to establish a support system that serves internal staff in a helpful and efficient manner Providing analysis and reporting of common issues/queries/questions then assisting with root cause analysis when required Supporting the Technology department with initiatives and projects when possible Hands-on investigation of issues and deployment of hardware/hardware audits

Training:

The training will all be at the workplace and an Assessor will come out to you on visits.



Training Outcome:

There may be an opportunity to progress after successfully completing the apprenticeship qualification.
