Business Support Apprentice (Customer Service and Sales)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Liaising with suppliers to source parts for customers Generate and process sales quotations Generate and process sales purchase orders Provide general administrative support to sales team Liaise internally in order to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner   

Training:

The apprentice will work towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. They will attend training at WBTC offices in Newbury one day a month and have a monthly training and review meeting.

Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 would be delivered remotely if required.



Training Outcome:

Rebound are keen to support the ongoing training and development of the team. There will be the opportunity for career progression for an apprentice who is eager to achieve and successful in their role.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Friday until 5pm
