You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency, while also contributing to the growth and profitability of the establishment. Previous Experience as a Restaurant Manager Proven customer service experience as a managerStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAcute financial management skillsBSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plusAbility to connect with people and to be part of a teamTalent to empower the team and promote diversityHands on mentalityPrevious experience in a fast paced environment necessaryAmazing personalityFluent in English, Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities:

Coaching employees and assisting in their further developmentLeading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphereOrganize and supervise shiftsHiring the best staff for the restaurantGood at setting up KPI´s and action plans to reach themParticipating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophyAnalysing and responding to guest feedbackScheduling and purchasingCalculating budgets and implementing strategic planningImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
