Driver Essential with UK Driving Licence.

Experienced Mental Health Support Worker required to support our client in Totton working with a small team to support a young adult who suffers from Mental Health, Autism and Learning disabilities.

About the role:

The service user has a great sense of humour, they enjoy going for long walks and they have a keen interest in bowling and playing pool. The team will provide staff on a 2:1 24/7 basis. You will support out in the community, help with day to day tasks and supporting within the home.

About you:

A successful candidate will have experience with mental health. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others and want to listen and empower vulnerable people. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself.

Pay starts from £12.00 per hour PAYE and £15.02 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Mental Health Support Worker:

Experience with Mental Health is essential due to the complex package. Confident in working independently and being proactive. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills. Exeprience with mental health needs. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service.

Shift Times for you as a Mental Health Support Worker:

Monday – Sunday. Flexibility is required. 8am - 8pm 8pm-8am 12 Hour Shifts 36 Hours per week
