What you will do:

Oversee all general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality with minimal downtime.Implement proactive maintenance schedules and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and building regulations.Handle maintenance budgets effectively, manage costs, and respond promptly to maintenance-related emergencies to minimise guest disruption.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager preferably in the hotel sectorProficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and maintenance reporting tools.Strong communication skills, vendor coordination, and organisational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Well-versed in health and safety standards
