About the Role
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the launch of a fine dining restaurant in Naples, Florida. The restaurant will serve modern European cuisine with a strong focus on seasonality, quality, and precision.
You’ll work closely with senior chefs, supporting menu creation, training junior team members, and ensuring a smooth service across multiple outlets.
