Pastry Sous Chef, Relocate to Florida
About the Role
We are recruiting a Pastry Sous Chef for a new fine dining restaurant opening in Naples, Florida. Working under the Pastry Chef, you’ll help design and deliver creative desserts that match the group’s Michelin ambitions.
You’ll manage the pastry section daily, train junior chefs, and ensure quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry items.
