About the Role
We are recruiting a Sushi / Omakase Chef for our client’s new intimate omakase restaurant in Naples, Florida. This is a chef-led concept, seating a small number of guests each night for a highly personal dining experience. The restaurant is aiming for Michelin recognition in 2026.
This role requires proven experience working at a two Michelin star level or higher, with a track record in omakase service.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as Head Sushi or Omakase Chef at a two Michelin star restaurant (minimum)Skilled in fish selection, ageing, and preparationPrecision and consistency in knife work, plating, and presentationConfident presence at the counter, engaging guests in an intimate settingAbility to lead and train a small, dedicated teamWhat’s on Offer
