Things you will be doing as a Head Bartender:

Oversee and manage the bar operations Train, supervise, and schedule bartending staff Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Maintain bar inventory and order supplies as needed Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Design and implement cocktail menus Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Enforce safety and sanitation regulations

You will be a great fit if you have:

Proven work experience as a bartender or head bartender Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean Ability to manage a team
