Senior Conveyancing Executive

We are excited to partner with a West Midlands based law firm to help them find a Senior Conveyancing Executive to join their highly regarded New Homes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work fully remotely while enjoying a competitive salary of up to £50,000, along with a range of exceptional benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a Full Caseload of New Build transactions, including Help to Buy, NHBC, and First Registrations. Provide expert legal advice to clients, responding to technical queries with confidence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties throughout the process. Take an active role in department development, including mentoring and supervising Paralegals, Administrators, and Trainee Solicitors. Support the firm in its growth, ensuring high standards of client service and legal advice.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in conveyancing, with a focus on New Build properties. Qualifications: Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancer. Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach to supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
