About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Director to oversee the execution of global strategies and drive professionalization, digital optimization, sustainable growth, and international expansion. This executive role involves leading a diverse range of functions including Finance, Technology, Human Resources, and International Markets, all while maintaining the organization's core values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution: Direct and coordinate various departments to ensure alignment with global strategies and achievement of organizational objectives.Profitability Improvement: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability over the medium and long term, focusing on growth and comparable results.Efficiency and Improvement: Identify areas for organizational improvement, efficiency, and synergy, and recommend agile solutions aligned with budgetary constraints.Digital Transformation: Lead the digitization of processes and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency using tools like BI, PBI, Analytics, and efficient inventory management systems.Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, investment, and expansion, and assess the needs for business projection and expansion.Investor Relations: Manage relations with investors and shareholders, communicating organizational goals and achievements effectively.Economic Assessment: Provide economic assessments and strategic plans for various commercial development ideas and projects.Compliance and Optimization: Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, focusing on tax and commercial optimization.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across public, institutional, and private sectors.

Candidate Profile:

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop high-performance teams with a highly executive approach.Results-Oriented: Strong focus on motivating and empowering teams to achieve results.Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate and plan for medium and long-term impacts and results.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.Change Management: Expertise in leading change, continuous improvement processes, and fostering innovation.Financial Acumen: Strong financial knowledge with experience in coordinating support areas.International Experience: Comfort working in an international and multicultural environment.Language Skills: Proficiency in English with high-level negotiation skills.Industry Experience: Experience in a fine dining restaurant environment is a plus.
