An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced management duo to lead a prominent beachfront dining and bar venue in the Costa Blanca region. The venue spans multiple levels.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic management team with extensive experience in fast-paced restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences and driving business growth.

General Manager – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume restaurantHands-on approach, acting as the public face of the business with enthusiasm for operational excellenceStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExperience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationshipsProven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive team

Executive Chef – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Background in high-quality dining environments, including pubs or restaurants renowned for cuisine excellenceExpertise in Mediterranean-style cookingCreative approach to menu development and a passion for premium ingredientsStrong kitchen leadership, including adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards

Additional Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and EnglishLegal eligibility to live and work in SpainAccommodation will be provided; at least one member of the team must hold a valid driver’s license
