Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients. Coordinating services and ensuring clients have access to appropriate support, including therapy, housing, and financial assistance. Responding to mental health crises, such as suicidal ideation or psychotic episodes. Maintaining detailed, accurate records of client interactions, care plans, and progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Fully enhanced valid DBS Must have community experience.

Rate Breakdown
£40ph LTD | £31ph PAYE Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
