Customer Service Telesales Advisor

I am looking for candidate with previous customer service, telesales experience to provide customers with quoations, policy details and to secure deals for a company based in Aylesbury, who specalise in the insurance sector.

Previous B2C experience is required. Once trained my client is happy to offer Hybrid working.

Early September Start Date. Main Job Role: 
Dealing with inbound calls from customers to assist and provide quotations and policies for various insurance productsMaking outbound calls to offer insurance quotations to existing customers and otherwarm leadsMaking accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotationsEnsuring customers are provided with the information they need to make an informed decision and purchase
