Senior Education Lawyer

This role can pay £50-£60ph umbrella, depending upon experience, and is a 6-month rolling contract. It can be done on a hybrid basis (open to discussion).
The Responsibilities Of The Senior Education Lawyer Role:
To manage a full caseload from inception to completion relating to SEND law matters Cases will include SEND, Tribunals, Disability Discrimination, School exclusions, judicial reviews and admission appeals Prepare and attend SEND tribunalsThe Person:
A qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with 3+ years of PQE within SEND Law Previous local authority or public sector experience is essential Candidates must have experience of SEND Tribunals and be able to manage a caseload of SEND tribunal mattersBenefits Included With The Senior Education Lawyer Position:
