What You Will Do
In this varied role you will be responsible for:
Processing sales orders accurately following processes Responding to customers via email Handling and logging customer concerns Liaising with other teams within the organisation (production, warehousing, transport and distribution) to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer queries Producing data to contribute to key reports, as requiredWho You Are
You will have a passion for delivering strong customer service together with some experience in a customer focussed role Strong IT literacy, ideally with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products The ability to work well under pressure ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes tracked A logical and methodical approach to problem solving Strong communication skills – both verbal and written The ability to work both independently and as part of a teamTraining:
Business Administration Level 3 20% off the job training Tutor support via online platform
Training Outcome:
Permanent role considered on completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm 1 hour break
