Food & Beverage Manager, Nottingham, £30,000 - £35,000

We are working with a fantastic large-scale venue in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of F&B operations. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing staffing.

Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and direction to the Food & Beverage teamManage casual staff recruitment, training, and schedulingEnsure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing lawsOversee stock control, ordering, and cash handling processesLead event setup, delivery, and breakdownDevelop and implement systems to improve customer feedback and service

The Ideal Candidate:

Food & Beverage management experience in a high-volume operationExperience delivering large scale eventsKnowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulationsStrong communication and leadership skillsPassion for service and standards
