We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our success by managing and nurturing critical client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution. Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and plans to senior management. Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
