Senior Care Assistant

A premium care home just outside Norwich – led by a group rated one of the UK’s best for years running – is now looking for an experienced HCA to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant.

This purpose-built home offers deluxe residential and specialist dementia care on both a long-term and respite basis. Focused on resident wellbeing, the home blends luxury living with research-based, person-centred design techniques to provide the most in comfort, style, and safety for individuals with age- and/or memory-related needs.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll support the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and assessments) and mentor junior members of the team – helping to foster a pleasant, stress-free environment and give residents the best possible quality of life.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Senior Care Assistant, with options available for day shifts or night shifts.

 

Person specification:

(Essential) At least 2 years’ experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting(Desirable) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification
