My client is a Luxury Japanese restaurant that is about to launch in the hearth of Brussels.
I am looking for an experienced Sushi chef to join this amazing venue!
Some of the skills you will need to bring are:
Preparation of Rice:
Mastering the art of preparing sushi rice (shari), which involves proper washing, cooking, and seasoning.
Knife Skills:
Using specialized knives for different tasks, including filleting fish, slicing sashimi, and preparing delicate garnishes.
Crafting Sushi:
Creating various types of sushi, such as nigiri, maki, sashimi, and temaki, with an emphasis on aesthetics and taste.
Hygiene and Safety:
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring food safety.
Customer Interaction:
Often engaging with customers.
You must at least have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment
