Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates to our apprenticeship vacancies and digital skills bootcamps, including social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing and more. Create and optimise ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to drive candidate attraction and engagement Design and produce various marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content to effectively communicate the benefits of our programmes Assist in planning and executing recruitment events such as careers fayres to connect with potential candidates and generate interest in our programmes Develop case studies of learner success stories to showcase the positive impact of our apprenticeships and digital skills bootcamps, attracting potential candidates Monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement Work closely with our recruitment, digital skills, and operations teams to ensure that our marketing activities align with overall business objectives

Training:
Your apprenticeship training will be delivered in 2-day blocks every 4-6 weeks, this will be in our online classrooms via Microsoft Teams
