Groundworker apprentice

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Setting out Laying slabs Laying kerbs Laying plot drainage Banksman duties

Training:

You will be working towards a Level 2 Groundworker Apprenticeship Standard.

You will receive on and off-the-job training and support from an assessor and an Apprenticeship advisor.

You will be required to attend Cornwall College Camborne on a weekly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.

Training Outcome:

Once qualified apprentices can further their skills as a machine operator or become a site supervisor/manager with further training.

We are a fast growing business who values our staff, all employees are given training which meets their needs. We are looking to grow our apprenticeship offering so that we can attract more young persons into the business. Our main areas of expertise include, laying drainage, foundations and site finishings.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, no weekend working. Arrival onsite 7:30 for an 8am start, additional breaks throughout the day. Travel wherever possible will be arranged.
