Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

To help plan and execute a variety of activities for the children  to learn and develop To work as a team alongside other staff and managers to provide high-quality care and education To observe, monitor, assess and record children’s activities To foster and develop positive relationships with parents and carers To promote children’s personal hygiene and healthy eating Most importantly, to learn from and work alongside our longstanding and highly experienced staff members, providing the best possible outcomes for the children in our care

Training:

The Early Years Educator Apprenticeship will take you two years to complete. You will study at Boston College for half a day a week, and four and half days with your employer.

The apprenticeship is an independent learning programme. You will complete a qualification during your training and will be expected to complete assignments on time.

Training Outcome:

Having gained your qualification in Early Years, there is the opportunity to progress to a full-time position as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, subject to interview. From there, more senior roles within the nursery could potentially become available; there are members of our team who have progressed all the way from Apprentice to Manager!

Mon Ami Children’s Nurseries is a family-owned group of nurseries across Lincolnshire, established in 2002. We offer a flexible and fully inclusive service weekdays from 7.00am to 6.30pm for 51 weeks of the year. Our nurseries provide a unique combination of long-standing and dedicated nursery staff who work out of beautiful and homely nursery settings with amazing gardens, creating the ideal environment for children to learn and explore through play. Over our 22 (and counting!) years, we have picked up numerous nominations and awards, including NMT Nursery Practitioner of the Year, NMT Operations Manager of the Year, and Boston College Apprentice Employer of the Year. Our staff members are fantastic and a real credit to us, putting so much passion, commitment, time and effort into making each day fun and engaging for the children across our settings. Working Hours :
Monday - Friday. Between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
