Teaching Assistant Apprentice – (Nursery/EYFS)

DUTIES

Be proactive in the promotion of the welfare, health and safety of children and young people, including assisting in the maintenance of a safe environment for pupils and staff Supports teaching staff with routine administration Supervises and provides particular support for individuals and groups of pupils, including eg those with SEN, disabilities, personal needs, EAL ensuring their safety and access to learning activities Assists with the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes Establishes constructive relationships with pupils and interacts with them according to individual needs

Training:

A bespoke programme of technical and vocational training.

Training Outcome:
Possible permanent contract upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and further enhanced industry-based training An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry-specific competence Transferable skills that are invaluable in the wider world of work
