Supporting the kitchen by preparing and cook Learning about legislation requirements Checking in stock and reporting stock levels Supporting team members during busy periods Communicating with the wide team inc bar staff, kitchen and management team Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene within their section Using a wide range of kitchen equipment Following recipes and producing food to a high standardTraining:
