Apprentice Chef
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Prepare, cook and present food to company standard Keep kitchen and surrounding areas clean, tidy and hygienic Work safely with kitchen equipment Keeping accurate records relating to Environmental Health and Food Standards Support chefs in day-to-day runningTraining:
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Production Chef Level 2.
A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course. This is a predominately work-based programme with college attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/college and within their contracted working hours. This will include Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the Apprenticeship, we would hope to employ the apprentice as an Assistant Chef in the kitchen once they are qualified and continue to develop with on-the-job training.

Working Hours :
Wednesday & Thursday: 16:00 - 21:30. Friday & Saturday: 12:30 - 21:30. Sunday 12:30 - 16:00.
