As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff

What you’ll do at work

Located at our Witham site. This is an ideal opportunity to develop further skills in IT and technology recycling. The role involves, but is not limited to:

The processing of assorted used IT equipment Testing of the IT equipment Entering details and inventory into the company system Training on the company systems will be provided

Training:

Your training will follow a blended approach with work experience & assignments set by your Training Provider. You will receive company & colleague support, backed by 20% of your work time as off-the-job training, where you can work on developing the core skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for end-point assessment.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive an apprenticeship qualification of Level 3 IT Solutions Technician.

Training Outcome:
To progress into a permanent position with additional responsibilities and further on to additional learning and progression in to more senior roles

Employer Description:
ICEX Group are based in Witham and Hockley and offer a full IT asset management process from collections, onsite services, data erasure/disposal, reuse, resale and full audit trail.

Working Hours :
Hours • 40 hrs per week • Monday to Friday 8 am – 4.30 pm
