Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator Apprenticeship

This role will provide support to the broader recruitment team ensuring all administrative activities are delivered on time and accurately including managing budget, invoicing and managing contract administration The role will support relationships with agencies and other partners as well as lead recruitment activity for junior roles

Training:
The apprentice will complete the new Level 3 Recruiter appretncieship over 18 months with our partner Juice Talent Development The learning will be delivered online through a combination of webinars, coaching, e-learning and on-the-job training

Training Outcome:
This is a permanent role and the successful applicant may have the opportunity to work on wider HR related initiatives Once completed it is anticipated that the successful applicant would be on the same salary banding as our recruitment team members
