Business Administration Apprenticeship

The job involves answering telephone and email enquiries & managing the engineers diaries. You will organise parts and revisits, along with invoicing the jobs, taking payments and general office duties.

Apprenticeship information – with be with Rewards training and will take approx. 18 months to complete. You will be required to carry out various tasks to complete a portfolio which will go towards your end assessment grade. You will have a project to complete at the end which will also go towards your final grade. More information will be provided.

Experience in a customer focusing role would be beneficial but isn’t necessary as full training will be provided. You must have your own transport due to our location, and immediate start is required.



Training:
Level 3 Business Administration (Standard) Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics (Level 2) - if required Functional Skills Qualification in English (Level 2) - if required

Training Outcome:

Possible full-time position
