Entertainment Trials Analyst Apprenticeship
We release new software releases every 6-weeks, but it’s important we know they work smoothly and effectively - that’s where you come in. As an apprentice, you will be a part of the team that handles the trial periods on our updates, making sure the quality meets expectations and delivering them to customers. You will plan and deliver technical trials in line with business requirements and solution designs, whilst meeting agreed SLAs. Day-to-day, you could be:
Collaborating with trialists to set new tasks, answer any queries they may have and resolve any problems with equipment or software they’re reviewing Reviewing trialists tasks set previously, analysing results and presenting findings and feedback to key partners Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectivesTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3.
This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to become skilled in your role, and combines on the job learning and academic study, where you’ll spend approximately 20% of your working hours completing learning with one of our training providers. At the end of the programme, you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification.
