Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
The Business and Customer Service Apprenticeship will take you one year to complete, and is accomplished in the workplace You will be expected to attend Boston College at least once a month where you will receive one-to-one support from your assessor and functional skills tutors You will be assessed using a variety of different methods including observation, professional discussion and production of written evidenceTraining Outcome:

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
