Financial Business Administrator Apprentice
Welcoming visitors
Answering telephone calls and taking/transferring
Typing letters and preparing documents to go to clients
Dealing with incoming mail
Managing the office diary
Managing and maintaining the client database
Storing and retrieving client records from archive
Dealing with HMRC on behalf of clients
Assisting with company secretarial duties for clients
Assisting payroll and bookkeeping departments
Additional ad hoc administrative tasks in support of all departments
Training:
Training will be based in the work place

To become a financial business administrator

Monday to Thursday 8am-4:45pm
Friday 8am to 3:45pm
