Business Administrator Apprentice
Duties and responsibilities include:
Respond to telephone and face to face enquiries, providing a high standard of customer service Solve queries/problems or redirect to correct person Respond to generic emails, direct correspondance to correct person or resolve queries Use computer-based systems as appropriate in performance of duties Update and maintain the company database, ensuring information is current and appropriate Compile, maintain and update files and records, both paper and electronic, including filing and archiving Liaise with internal and external clients as required Service meetings; including booking rooms, minute-taking and processing, meeting preparation, arrange refreshments, course bookings and manage visitorsTraining Outcome:
