Early Years Educator Apprentice
Duties:
Develop & maintain partnerships Be flexible within working practices of the setting, undertaking other responsible duties Work alongside managers & staff to ensure that the setting’s philosophy is fulfilled Read, understand & adhere to all policies & procedures relevant to your role & the safe running of the setting Learn & deliver the EYFS, ensure individual needs & interest of children are metAn Early Years Educator:
Plans and supervises child initiated and adult led activities which are based around the needs and interests of each individual child.
Meets the care needs of the individual child such as feeding, changing nappies and administration of medicine

Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard
Apprentices must successfully complete a first aid qualification in line with the requirements of the EYFS Framework (Annex A): Early years foundation stage (EYFS) statutory framework - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
Early years educator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.
Functional Skills English and maths if required.
Training Outcome:
Full time position for the right candidate after successful completion of the apprenticeship
