Project Apprentice

Administrative Support:

·         Maintain and update NPI documentation, records, and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

·         Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for the NPI team.

Project Coordination:

·         Support the scheduling and coordination of project meetings, reviews, and milestone tracking.

·         Assist in monitoring project timelines and ensuring key deadlines are met.

Communication & Liaison:

·         Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries and providing timely updates.

·         Coordinate communications across departments, such as engineering, quality, and production, to support NPI activities.

Data Management:

·         Input and maintain project-related data in relevant systems.

·         Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

·         Continuous Improvement:

·         Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the NPI function.

·         Participate in team activities aimed at improving administrative efficiency.

Training & Development:

·         Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop business administration skills and industry knowledge, with the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification.



Training:

You will be supported by a Business Assessor/Coach, who will visit you at your workplace every 6 - 8 weeks to pick up the work-based evidence and help you prepare for the independently assessed End Point Assessments at the end of your learning.

You will also attend six workshops at Solihull College & University Centre (Blossomfield Campus) throughout the academic year.



Training Outcome:

Successful candidates would have the opportunity to transit from apprenticeship, into a permanent role within the Project team as a Project Officer following successful completion of learning
