Apprentice Sales Negotiator (Junior Estate Agent)

As an apprentice estate agent, you will be required to drive and must have your own car. This is to attend viewings and meet clients as part of your role. 

Responsibilities:

Registering new applicants both over the phone and face to face Arranging and attending viewings Negotiating with home sellers Answering calls and dealing with enquiries Generating repeat business Closing sales 

Driver's Licence and vehicle is essential for this role due to viewings and other business appointments. 

Training:
Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Functional Skills (if required) 100% remote learning via Teams supported with an online learning platform Minimum 3 sessions per month attendance to online tutorials

Training Outcome:
A full-time role with further training may be available, depending on performance and progression. Not always guaranteed

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between 9.00am - 5.00pm (with mid-week day off), Sat 9.00am - 5.00pm.
