Apprentice Data Analyst (Durham)

About the role:
Working hours 37 hours per week - open to discussing flexible working
2 year Fixed term apprenticeship
You will support tasks such as
Data administration, Developing and managing datasets, Analysing data to create insights that inform people-related activities.You will build your confidence in communicating with stakeholders across the business, as you will understand their needs, develop requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
If you have a keen interest in data management with a willingness to learn then we want to hear from you.
You’ll have some experience in data management, MS Office 365, and strong Excel capabilities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
This is a fast-paced role whereby you’ll be expected to meet deadlines whilst effectively managing your workload with strong prioritisation ability.
Interviews will take place online/in person W/C 6th Jan 2025.

Training:
In addition to your work experience, you'll complete a level 4 apprenticeship in Data analysis where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
Knowledge and Competence qualification Functional Skills in maths and English if required End point assessment - Final test and observation and projectThe vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams.
The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers wishes.
Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment is conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.
Training Outcome:
Excellent career opportunities in other departments on completion of the apprenticeship.
Employer Description:
The ATA will employ you on behalf of this organisation whilst you are completing your apprenticeship qualification.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm
