The level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship Standard is a multi-discipline programme, which encompasses a wide variety of job roles within the workplace This apprenticeship standard is delivered within the workplace, where the apprentice will complete a Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing You will receive Functional Skills training in English and maths prior to your End Point Assessment if you do not already hold a GCSE Grade 4/C or higher (or equivalent qualification) in these subjects IPS will support and train the learner through the component aims with monthly monitoring and assessment visits to the workplace This will prepare the learner for the End-Point Assessment (EPA) that is required for this apprenticeship
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the potential of gaining permanent employment within the company

We hold many independent accreditations including the BM-TRADA Q-MARK which means you can be safe assured that our fire doors are manufactured in the correct way, following the correct specifications and using the correct practices every single time.
