Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice
Duties of the role include:
Working with small groups of children and their families during their weekly Conductive Education sessions and other services provided by Footprints, with other members of the education team Ensuring the sessions are a safe, positive, stimulating and happy learning environment Contributing to the children and families developing confidence, satisfaction and motivation required for learning Supporting each individual child and their family to meet objectives, providing praise, encouragement and support Learning children’s preferred method of facilitation, communication and individual objectives Always valuing and respecting the potential for development and transformation in all children Creating educational resources for the children to use in their Conductive Education sessions and other services Setting up and tidying session rooms with equipment, furniture and teaching resources Developing and updating session rooms display boards, providing attractive and eye-catching displays for the children and families Being a positive member of the education and charity team, helping with other general duties as required, and always working in accordance with the charity’s operational policies and proceduresThis apprenticeship is work based, therefore, you will be based at the employer’s business address.
Training:
Early Years Educator:

Footprints Conductive Education Centre is a Nottingham based charity whose purpose is to empower families and children living with disabilities. They provide a range of services to help babies and children living with mobility and communication difficulties across the East Midlands to develop the skills they need to thrive and achieve their potential. Footprints is based in Nottingham.
Working Hours :
Monday – Friday Full range of shifts between 7.30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
