Marketing Apprentice
Campaign planning: Collaborating with other teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns
Research: Conducting market research to identify target audiences and their needs
Content creation: Writing and proofreading marketing copy, creating videos, and producing other creative content
Media placement: Assisting with the design and placement of ads in traditional media, on social media, and in email blasts
Budget management: Helping to set, allocate, and monitor project budget, and assist in preparing invoices and quotations for customers
Performance measurement: Tracking and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns
Brand development: Helping to develop a brand's voice and identity
Customer relationship management: Maintaining customer databases and using a CRM system. Attending to customers
Queries and also making inbound and outbound calls to customers
Event coordination: Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, and receptions
Public relations: Coordinating public relations and outreach initiatives, such as media releases and awards
Training:
Multi-channel marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be offered full-time employment and the chance to progress to a higher-level apprenticeship or position in the Marketing team
