Your Role as Maintenance Electrician Manager

Lead and Manage: Supervise and mentor the electrical maintenance team to ensure top-quality service delivery. Hands-On Work: Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and fire alarm system inspections when required. Organise and Plan: Coordinate tasks, monitor team performance, and maintain smooth workflows. Customer-Focused: Ensure clients' needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Drive Improvement: Enhance operational processes and implement new efficiencies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and ECS/CSCS card (preferred). Proven experience in electrical testing, inspections, and fault diagnosis. Familiarity with fire alarm systems and team leadership experience. Strong organisational and communication skills.
