Following the back of double digit growth, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Field Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive the growth of their premium spirits portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing team performance, providing outstanding training, and refining our onboarding systems to ensure every team member succeeds. This role will directly impact the key performance indicators of the business and report directly into the Head of Sales.

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing national field sales team.Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and KPIs.Create and deliver exceptional training programs to elevate team skills and knowledge.Enhance and refine onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new team members.Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights to inform sales strategies.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand presence and performance.The Ideal National Field Sales Manager candidate:
