What you will do:

Immerse yourself in service from day one to understand the team, guests, and hospitality ethosObserve, ask questions, and collaborate—your insights will help refine performance and guest experienceSupport and complement the GM and owners, taking ownership of key initiatives and KPIsLead a small team (5–6) with empathy, calm, and a service-first mindsetDrive weekly sales, guest retention, and net spend per guest metricsChampion a culture of learning, simplicity, and continuous improvement
